What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, and anything you choose to add. Our form provider (Formspree) processes the submission and passes it to us. The site itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to prepare your automation review. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to join one.

Client data in audits

Audit data (CRM exports, call logs, order history) is handled under a written agreement that says what we receive, where it is stored, who can see it, and when it is deleted. We do not take patient health information.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. UK and EU residents also have rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR, and California residents under the CCPA. Email hello@revknew.com.
